Loo Niva, Patan CBR, BP Eye Foundation, and CWISH jointly organized four-day capacity-building training on child rights and child protection, Dalit rights, Disability rights, Women’s right, Girls’ rights, Disability rights, and Human rightbased approach for the staff members from 19 to 22 March 2023. The workshop was meant to
strengthen the staff’s knowledge of Child rights, protection issues of children, women, Dalits, Disability rights, and human rights. The training also focused on increasing the capacity of the staff on human rights-based approaches, improving the involvement in the advocacy action, particularly at the local level. All newly recruited staff of the new project CLEAP and existing staff took participated in the program. The whole four days of training sessions were facilitated by the different national-level human rights activists. Altogether 30 staff members (13 Male & 17 Female) from four organizations
participated in the program. Topics and the facilitators of the training are given below:
