Loo Niva successfully organized the annual gathering program of ESP children (up to Grade 10) in two separate clusters, one in Chapagaun and another in Khokana, for more effective program management. The events were held on May 16 at Jana Bhawana Campus, Chapagaun, and on May 17 at Shree Yuwa Pratibha Bidhya Mandir, Khokana. A total of 18 ESP-sponsored students and 23 parents participated in the Chapagaun program, while the Khokana program was conducted with the participation of 68 students and 62 parents. Loo Niva provided students with ID cards, enabling them to easily identify their Loo Niva numbers and use them correctly in reply letters.
The Khokana event was formally conducted in the chairmanship of Mr. Krishna Govinda Maharjan, Program Coordinator, and the chief guest was the honorable Mr. Prem Bhakta Maharjan, Minister of Labor, Employment, and Transport of Bagmati Province. Mr. Damodar Khadka, ward chairperson of ward 18, and all 15 focal teachers of project schools also attended the program. At the Chapagaun event, Mr. Dinanath Panthi, Head of the Education Department, participated as the chief guest, and Ms. Rekha Upreti, section officer of the Women and Children Department, Godawory Municipality, attended as a Guest. Government officials in both programs expressed their appreciation for Loo Niva's impactful work.
All the participant children wrote reply letters, created greeting cards, and updated their progress reports in the program with the help of the volunteers and Loo Niva staff. The gatherings also included entertaining cultural dance performances. After the programs, educational materials were distributed to all participating students.
