A total of 33 school-level social change actions were conducted from July to September 2025 in both project municipalities. These activities were initiated and led by child clubs in collaboration with teachers and community stakeholders, aiming to promote child rights, inclusion, protection, and community awareness. Altogether, 1059 participants were directly engaged in the events, including 827 students (412 girls and 415 boys) and 231 teachers. These activities took the form of street dramas, quizzes, debates, drawings, and public speaking events focused on key issues such as child marriage, school dropout, disability inclusion, and gender equality. Special attention was given to ensuring the participation of marginalized groups. Out of the total participants, 478 were from the Dalit community, 14 from Janajati, and 811 from Brahmin/Chhetri backgrounds. Most participants (1035) were under the age of 18, and child club-led initiatives were instrumental in creating a platform for children’s leadership and social advocacy. They also contributed to raising awareness at the school and community levels, strengthening the child protection system through youth participation and community collaboration.
