In coordination with local governments and relevant schools, the project provided health treatment and education support to promote the rehabilitation and inclusion of children with disabilities (CWDs). The support focused on addressing key health and education challenges that affect children’s learning and overall well-being.
During the reporting period, 14 children (10 boys and 4 girls) received health treatment support, mainly for eye and vision-related issues. This helped them access proper medical care and improved their ability to participate actively in classroom learning. In addition, education support was provided to 22 children (13 boys and 9 girls) to encourage regular school attendance, learning continuity, and inclusive education.
Overall, the combined support contributed to improved access to essential services and strengthened efforts toward the rehabilitation, inclusion, and educational participation of children with disabilities.
