Loo Niva organized a Learning Sharing on Classroom Materials Preparation, the Use of Teaching-Learning Materials, and the Implementation of the Integrated Curriculum from 22-28 April 2026 in Konjyosom Rural Municipality, Lalitpur. The program aimed to improve the quality of classroom teaching by enhancing teachers' capacity to implement the integrated curriculum using child-centered, interactive teaching approaches.
The learning-sharing sessions were conducted in several schools, including Baleshwori Secondary and Goth Bhanjyang School. Teachers gained practical skills in preparing and using low-cost, locally available teaching-learning materials, such as classroom rules, daily calendars, class job charts, and the Nepali Alphabet Chart, to make learning more engaging and participatory.
The program enhanced teachers' confidence and skills in applying child-centered teaching methods and effectively implementing the integrated curriculum. Participants appreciated the practical nature of the sessions, which are expected to contribute to improved classroom practices and better learning outcomes for children.
