Loo Niva, in collaboration with the Local Education Committee, organized a two-day School Improvement Plan (SIP) Refinement and Finalization Workshop on 11-12 June 2026 in Mahankal Rural Municipality. The workshop brought together representatives from 19 schools, including School Management Committee members, principals, teachers, and Rural Municipality officials, to strengthen school-level planning through technical guidance from education expert Mr. Mahendra Bista.
The workshop focused on reviewing draft SIPs and enhancing key components such as situation analysis, priority setting, action planning, and budget planning. As a result, participating schools strengthened their capacity to prepare evidence-based School Improvement Plans and committed to finalizing and submitting their revised SIPs within the agreed timeline.
