Lalitpur, Loo Niva conducted the first quarter review meeting on 21 April 2023. This program was carried out to review the execution of the project's tasks, the work, and the results of the ESP, PREP, and CLEAP projects. The review meeting helped to measure the program implementation status, delivery, satisfaction of beneficiaries, and contribution to the project results. It also helped to analyze the project interventions whether it is going on the right track or not.
Altogether 10 staff (2 Females and 8 Males) participated physically and 8 (3 females and 5 males) joined virtually in the meeting. All the participants shared their performance reports in the meeting. Mainly, they focused on the activities carried out during the first quarter, achievements, and learnings in the meeting. Monitoring and financial report and the way forward have been also presented by the monitoring and evaluation team and financial team.
