Loo Niva and Patan CBR jointly conducted the internal monitoring along with the program team and visited the different project areas during this quarter. The monitoring visit team observes and interacts with the SMC/PTA/Child Club member on the child-friendly teaching-learning practices in schools and the effectiveness of the School Emergency Education Support, visits at rural municipalities, and discusses the plan and policies of the education and children, mobility and management of Disability Help Desk, and also interact with the members of LAMC on their advocacy actions. It helped to measure the program implementation status, delivery, and contribution to the project results. The visit program was accomplished from October to December 2023.
The monitoring and evaluation coordinator and the program manager of Loo Niva have conducted internal monitoring of the CLEAP project and conducted the meeting with the representatives of the rural municipalities and other local stakeholders and project staff on the program implementation status, quality in delivery, response of beneficiaries, and their contribution to the project results. It also helped to analyze the project interventions and whether it is going on the right track or not.
The monitoring team has shared the findings with the respective program teams of the PREP and CLEAP projects and provided feedback for further improvement of the program.
