Loo Niva has organized an annual review and planning workshop at Hotel Country Villa, Nagarkot on 26- 29 December 2023. It has provided a strategic platform to evaluate the program implementation throughout 2023. The focus was primarily on highlighting the accomplishments achieved during the whole year of all project interventions. This year Loo Niva and Patan CBR jointly organized the annual review meeting. The comprehensive discussion delved into the success and challenges faced, aiming to analyze the factors contributing to or hindering the project's progress. The project team assessed the extent to which the target indicators were met and identified areas for improvement.
Moreover, the review and planning supported the opportunity for the project team to share insights on the lessons learned and best practices collected from the experiences of the whole year. The annual review and planning workshop has also supported to preparation of the annual plan for 2024.
During the program, the capacity development program was done by Mr. Milan Raj Dharel on Advocacy Actions and Future Project Plans and Mr. Kiran Thapa on stress management in the program.
