The interventions that Loo Niva designs and implements will be focused on empowering the target group for promoting their effective and meaningful participation for claiming and realization of their rights. Their participation will be sought in all project/program cycles and that will be based on inclusion to ensure that most marginalized and excluded groups and categories also will have a say in the process and their views will be heard and reflected.
